Returns are issued in the form of a gift card to our store unless special circumstances apply (i.e. if our products do not fit your body type well, we do not want you to feel "stuck with them." Gift cards expire within 30 days of being issued.
Exchanges can be made under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Must be unwashed, unworn and have all original tags attached. (Any items returned that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back to original address at the customer’s expense and no return or exchange will be issued).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange of a product(s) and for creating a return shipping label with either tracking information or shipping insurance. We request that you send us the tracking information. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and any packages that do not have tracking information and are not received by our fulfillment center are not our responsibility nor the fees associated with mailing the package.
- All clearance items are final sale - no returns or exchanges. If you purchase under a sale, please see sales terms and conditions.
You will need to create a shipping a label and mail your current order back to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Email your order number, tracking information, and desired exchange size and/or color to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once items are received back at the fulfillment center, your gift card or exchange will be processed if items meet return/exchange policy requirements.
