Shipping policy

We strive to provide multiple, affordable and fast-shipping options to our customers including more reliable carriers such as UPS and Fedex, despite inflated gas prices and carrier fees.

However, it should be noted that our processing time (time it takes to prepare orders for drop off with carriers) is up to 24 hours. This is separate and in addition to the automated ship time estimates provided to you on our site at checkout. 

We do our best to ship out all orders submitted by 3pm PST the same day, but during sales, holidays, or weekends, processing time may range between 24-48 hours depending on the day and time that you place your order.

For example: if you place your order on a Saturday after 3pm, that order would process on the following Monday and ship out that Monday, unless that Monday was also a holiday such as Memorial Day Monday etc., then your order would be shipped out on the following Tuesday which is 2 business days after the order date. 

If you need your order delivered by a certain date for an event or birthday present etc, please send us an email to support@vakandiapparel.com and we will do our best to ensure the package arrives to you by the intended date or we will let you know if the desired arrival time is unlikely, if that is the case. 

Our customers pride us on our delivery times, and we provide assistance every step of the way from choosing your ideal size to tracking or filing claims with carriers if ever necessary.
